On this tour, we decided to combine adventure with Scandinavian hygge. After all, as the Icelanders say: “Hygge is a way of life that gives a feeling of happiness regardless of the vagaries of the weather.” You will see the most epic landscapes of the island, breathe the Atlantic on desert black beaches, try exquisite Icelandic cuisine and conquer the largest glacier in Europe! A separate feature of the program will be a walking tour to an active volcano.

Our tours aim to show another culture as it is, real life without embellishments. We offer a world that few have seen, but which is worth seeing.
We fly to the island and go to check in at the hotel. After getting to know the group (arrival time permitting), we will have free time to explore the city. Its cozy facades of the 16th century combined with modern museums will pleasantly surprise you. And what about Hadlgrimskirkja tower church, Harpa concert hall made of glass and a city park with a lake, where flocks of seabirds visit all year round. The atmosphere here is also unusual: Reykjavik lives 24/7, but if you dive into the water street, a completely new world opens up. Quiet, traditional and very beautiful. We are sure you will take care of the capital and love it as much as we do. In the evening, we go to SKY LAGOON, where we undergo the rite of initiation in Iceland, which consists of 7 SPA procedures, swimming in the lagoon and rest.

In addition to the beautiful views, the park is known as the place of Power – hundreds of years ago, the first general meeting of the Vikings took place here. From this moment, another chapter in the history of Europe began – in which the Vikings united in the world and gave rise to a great nation.
It is here that a tectonic fault occurs: the meeting of the Eurasian and North Atlantic lithospheric plates. The park is home to Iceland’s largest lake, Thingvadlavatn, and the colorful Silfra Gorge, filled with clear glacial water. In addition, we will walk in the boiling valley of geysers, where one of them explodes up to 30 meters high every 5-10 minutes!
Along the route, we will visit the “golden” waterfall Güdlfoss – one of the largest in Iceland. It got its name due to rainbows from splashes on sunny days. Well, the end point of our journey today will be the bright red Kerid crater with an ancient volcanic lake inside it.
We stay overnight in houses with hot tubs on the terrace, far from civilization. Maximum chances of seeing the Northern Lights at night.
We wake up, have a delicious breakfast and continue our research. Today we will see the most unusual waterfalls of the island: Hjaulparfoss and Hauifoss. The first, Hjaulparfoss, is a magnificent double waterfall in the lava fields of the Tjorsau River. According to legends, nomadic Vikings settled here in ancient times. Proof of this is the ancient farm of the 10th century, where some scenes from "Game of Thrones" were filmed. Further along the route, we will see the majestic Howiefoss, endlessly falling from a height of 122 meters! It is considered the second largest in Iceland, but it is ready to overshadow absolutely everything in terms of beauty. We will be able to observe it from the height of the falling waters and make a short trek to the foot of it - an amazing experience! After that, we will visit the Gyan oasis gorge, not a touristic place at all, but a very picturesque place. After lunch, we will have time to visit a real Icelandic entertainment - the Secret Lagoon, the country's oldest thermal pool. The place is intended for those who love quiet rest surrounded by pristine nature. Yes, Iceland will surprise us more than once.

Today we will see the largest glacier in Europe in Skaftafetl National Park. Here we will take a snowmobile tour to the center of the glacier and visit an ice cave! You can tell for a long time how it will be, but it is better to try it once, we promise that you will never forget this experience. We will spend 4-5 hours on snowmobiles.
This is one of the most exciting days of the tour not only for the travelers but also for our guides. The fact is that the south of the island is the most beautiful and picturesque part of Iceland. Two legendary waterfalls await us: Seljalandfoss and Skogafoss, each with its own secret and history. They say you can see a rainbow even in winter! Seljalandfoss is stunning with its special feature – you can go behind it. The path leads inside the gorge, from where we will be able to observe the powerful streams of water from a very unusual angle. And we will get close to the picturesque Skogafoss waterfall and will be able to climb to the very top, observing its majesty from a bird’s-eye view.
The next point on the map is the most beautiful black coast of Reynisfjörður with its basalt rocks and the stirring Atlantic Ocean. It is not for nothing that this mysterious place attracts tourists from all over the world – we will surely unravel its secrets together. The black beaches of Iceland are considered the most beautiful in the world! Here, another track awaits us – to the most beautiful lighthouse in Iceland, which stands on Cape Dyrholaey – from where we will have incredible panoramas of the black and white coast.

Our journey is coming to an end, we have returned to the city in the footsteps of the Vikings and turned into prosperous tourists again. Time to buy souvenirs and taste the most delicious national dishes. Optional excursions can be organized after lunch. For example, take part in a whale watching tour.
